Stroopwafel Dessert in a Glass

Preparation

   Break

   Break the stroopwafels into small pieces. Set a few nice pieces aside for the garnish.

   Cream

   Whip the cream with the icing sugar until stiff.

   Mix

   Stir the mascarpone smooth with the Hollandse Stroopwafellikeur and fold in the whipped cream.

   Layers

   Spoon alternating layers of stroopwafel pieces and cream into the glass. Finish with a layer of cream.

   Garnish

   Garnish with the reserved stroopwafel pieces and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Keep the dessert in the fridge until serving.
