Stroopwafel Tiramisu

Ingredients

20 ml - Hollandse Stroopwafellikeur
50 grams - Ladyfingers
50 grams - Mascarpone
50 ml - Whipping cream, unprepared
10 grams - Caster sugar
1 teaspoon - Cocoa powder

Preparing

Mix

Whip the cream with the caster sugar and stir the mascarpone in another bowl

Fold

Carefully fold the mascarpone, whipped cream and Dutch Stroopwafel liqueur together.

Coffee

Make a cup of coffee, break the ladyfingers and dip them in the coffee.

Assemble

Place the ladyfingers on the bottom of a glass and add the mascarpone mixture.

Alternate

Then make layers with ladyfingers and mascarpone until the glass is full.

Refrigerator

Finally, sift cocoa powder over the glass and leave the tiramisu to set in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Serve afterwards.
